The employees are really kind. The location is marvellous and particularly good, it's just off a hill overlooking valleys in the Black Forest area, really in the heart of the Black Forest, and mountain. Again, it's 2 miles from Schwarzlehof Kapelle.

This place is located in the most breathtaking part of the Black Forest, surrounded by jaw-dropping views and total tranquility. The staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and expertise. The Catholic church next door adds to the beauty and serenity of the property. It is conveniently close to Freiburg and Titisee for day trips. The absence of televisions and telephones in the rooms was not a problem for us, as we came here to escape technology. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed. Though we missed the breakfast, the staff kindly provided us with bread and fruits to take with us. The location is perfect for hiking and cycling adventures, and there is a Wi-Fi connection available. The off-site car park, luggage storage, leisure/tv room, lift, electric kettle, and non-smoking rooms added to the overall convenience and comfort. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mind-blowing escape in nature.

The hotel's idyllic location in the Black Forest provided us with stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. We enjoyed a range of activities in the surrounding area, including hiking and cycling, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of our surroundings. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and offered beautiful views from the windows. The breakfasts each morning were superb, featuring delicious croissants, refreshing orange juice, and aromatic coffee. We especially loved exploring the garden and taking a leisurely walk down the steep hill to the Kapelle, surrounded by the majestic forest.
My children wanted more play facilities for families with younger kids.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel during Christmas! The rooms were spotlessly clean and had amazing views. The whole atmosphere was so peaceful and tranquil, perfect for a getaway. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, especially the croissants and orange juice. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was also a great advantage, with beautiful green scenery all around and plenty of fresh air. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind during the holiday season.
The only drawback was the internet, which was quite terrible. It was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

The unreliable internet connection, which required constant re, connection.

The location was perfect for us, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling in the surrounding area. We had so much fun exploring the beautiful landscapes and enjoying the fresh air. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better adventure with our friends!
If there was one thing we could have changed, it would have been to have more nightlife options nearby. As young party-loving people, we would have loved to have a bit more excitement and activities geared towards our age group.
